About
Initiated in Fall 2015, the Women in Technology Leadership Round Table aims to develop sustainable solutions to address the high attrition of women in technology and technology-related areas. Participants include an influential group of women and men who are committed to productive action in support of diversity.
Want to join the discussion? The Leadership Round Table is invite only, but you can contact us at womenintech@berkeley.edu if you would like to participate.
Metrics: Facing the Data
Accurately measuring diversity in tech is a critical step in improving it. A standard set of metrics around diversity enables companies to measure the current state of diversity within their organizations, track the effectiveness of programs to increase diversity, provide actionable insights, and set benchmarks. The Metrics Working Group of the WIT Leadership Round Table was formed to develop a set of meaningful diversity metrics, and has released the following report based on their research.
Please help us encourage companies to adopt meaningful diversity metrics by viewing and sharing the report!
