Accurately measuring diversity in tech is a critical step in improving it. A standard set of metrics around diversity enables companies to measure the current state of diversity within their organizations, track the effectiveness of programs to increase diversity, provide actionable insights, and set benchmarks. The Metrics Working Group of the WIT Leadership Round Table was formed to develop a set of meaningful diversity metrics, and has released the following report based on their research. Please help us encourage companies to adopt meaningful diversity metrics by viewing and sharing the report!
